Cancellation Policy
All services provided by Styled By B, LLC are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Payment & Confirmation Full payment or the first installment of an approved payment plan is required to secure any appointment, event date, or service window. No dates, preparation work, or availability are reserved without payment. Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of this policy. No Refund Policy All payments are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or failure to follow preparation instructions. Styled By B, LLC provides customized, time-based professional services. Once services are booked and/or preparation begins, services are deemed earned under New York law. Creative Process & Professional Discretion Clients acknowledge that styling, image consulting, and speaking services are creative professional services involving subjective judgment. Disagreement with creative direction, recommendations, workflow, or services rendered does not constitute non-performance. Disagreement with the creative process or outcome is not grounds for a refund, credit, or chargeback. Styled By B, LLC retains final professional and creative discretion in all services. Rescheduling, Late Arrivals & No-Shows Clients may request one (1) reschedule with at least 48 hours’ written notice, subject to availability. Requests within 48 hours, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes, no-shows, or lack of preparedness will be treated as services rendered. No refunds or credits apply. Scope of Services & Client Responsibilities Services are delivered as outlined at booking. Additional requests, extended time, or changes outside scope may require additional fees. Client delays in communication or preparation do not pause timelines or create entitlement to refunds or extensions. In-Person Services & Safety Travel and related expenses are additional unless stated otherwise. Clients must provide a safe, clean, and professional environment. Styled By B, LLC may immediately terminate services if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate; services will be deemed fulfilled. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. Styled By B, LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of NY.
